1、Project General Manager
Requirements:
1.Minimum 5 years ofexperience in largescale construction or municipal project management, with abachelor's degree or higher in engineering management, civil engineering,construction management, or related fields.
2.Experience in projectmanagement in the Middle East (especially Saudi Arabia) is preferred.Proficiency in English or Arabic is an advantage.
3.Oversee the overallplanning, execution, and delivery of the company's projects in Saudi Arabia,ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and to high-qualitystandards.
4.Develop projectmanagement strategies, optimize project management processes, and improveproject execution efficiency and profitability.
5.Lead project teams,coordinate work across departments (e.g., engineering, procurement, finance,cost control), and ensure efficient resource allocation.
6.Monitor project budgets,cost control, and risk management to achieve financial goals.
7.Communicate andcoordinate with clients, suppliers, subcontractors, and government departmentsto maintain good relationships.
8.Assess risks and issuesduring project execution, develop timely solutions, and ensure smooth projectprogress.
9.Regularly report projectprogress, financial status, and key issues to senior management.
2、Cost Control Manager
Requirements:
1.Bachelor's degree orhigher in engineering management or related fields.
2.Minimum 5 years ofexperience in budget management for largescale construction or municipalprojects. Experience in the Middle East and proficiency in English or Arabicare preferred.
3.Oversee cost control andmanagement for the company's projects in Saudi Arabia, ensuring projects arecompleted efficiently within budget.
4.Develop and improveproject cost management systems and processes, and supervise budgetpreparation, cost accounting, and cost analysis.
5.Review project budgets,cost estimation reports, and cost breakdowns to ensure alignment with companyfinances and contract terms.
6.Track cost consumptionduring project execution, conduct dynamic cost analysis, and provideoptimization suggestions.
7.Evaluate and controlcontract costs with suppliers and subcontractors to ensure an optimal balancebetween cost and quality.
3、Civil Engineer
Requirements:
1.Associate degree orhigher in civil engineering or related fields.
2.Minimum 3 years ofexperience in large-scale construction or municipal projects. Experience in theMiddle East and proficiency in English or Arabic are preferred.
3.Responsible for thedesign, review, and optimization of civil engineering aspects in projects,ensuring compliance with Saudi Arabian regulations and international standards.
4.Participate in theselection of civil engineering materials, provide technical support forprocurement, and evaluate suppliers to ensure materials meet projectrequirements and safety standards.
5.Supervise theconstruction, inspection, and operation of civil engineering works to ensureprojects are completed on time and with quality.
6.Provide technical supportand quality control on-site, and promptly resolve civil engineering issues.
4、HVAC Engineer (2 positions)
Requirements:
1.Associate degree orhigher in HVAC-related fields.
2.Minimum 3 years ofexperience in large-scale construction or municipal projects. Experience in theMiddle East and proficiency in English or Arabic are preferred.
3.Responsible for thedesign, review, and optimization of HVAC systems (including air conditioning,ventilation, and heating systems) in Saudi Arabian projects.
4.Participate in theselection of HVAC equipment, provide technical support for procurement, andevaluate suppliers to ensure equipment meets project requirements.
5.Provide technical supportand quality control on-site, and promptly resolve technical issues.
5、Electrical Engineer
Requirements:
1.Associate degree orhigher in electrical engineering or related fields.
2.Minimum 3 years ofexperience in large-scale construction or municipal projects. Experience in theMiddle East and proficiency in English or Arabic are preferred.
3.Responsible for thedesign, review, and optimization of electrical systems in projects, ensuringcompliance with Saudi Arabian regulations and international standards.
4.Participate in theselection of electrical equipment, provide technical support for procurement,and evaluate suppliers to ensure equipment meets project requirements andsafety standards.
5.Supervise theinstallation, commissioning, and operation of electrical systems to ensureprojects are completed on time and with quality.
6.Provide technical supportand quality control on-site, and promptly resolve electrical engineeringissues.
6、Quantity Surveyor
Requirements:
1.Associate degree orhigher in cost engineering or related fields.
2.Minimum 3 years ofexperience in large-scale construction or municipal projects. Experience in theMiddle East and proficiency in English or Arabic are preferred.
3.Responsible for costestimation, budget preparation, and cost control for projects, ensuring smoothimplementation within budget.
4.Prepare detailed bills ofquantities and cost budget reports based on design plans, constructiondrawings, and related documents.
5.Analyze and reviewquotations from subcontractors and suppliers, providing reasonable cost controlsuggestions.
6.Participate in thepreparation of tender documents, including cost analysis, tender quotations,and related support.
